June Schnibble is done!

Every month, on the 1st of the month, when I find out which pattern we will use as part of the Another Year of Schnibbles quilt along, I tell myself "Now this month Izzy, you're going to get this quilt top done early".  And every month, I find myself rushing during the last weekend to try to get the Schnibble done!

And this month was no exception.  Although Leap Year, the June Schnibble, was extremely easy and went together really fast, I still managed to only get it finished this morning!  And basically, today was my deadline for getting it done because I'll be vacation and at the cottage starting tomorrow and until July 1 with no access to the Internet (so no way to participate in the parade!!)  :-)

So here it is...  Leap Year...

I pieced Leap Year with two 1862 Battle Hymn charm packs.  I got these charm packs in a swap with Lisa of In The Boondocks (thank you again Lisa!).

I am linking up for Sew Darn Crafty at Sew Many Ways.

I hope everyone has a great week!

Izzy

  2. I like your Leap Year quilt. I used Patriotic fabrics too, I used Flag Day Farm and Prairie Paisley II. I'm sure you'll agree it was a fun quilt to make.

  4. Love this Izzy. I don't normally like those colors, but for this quilt, it works well.

So what are you going to choose for July? We finally get to use our books. It is going to be hard to choose!
